Take one color challenge - Less is More's gold challenge - add a new technique thanks to Diana at DL.ART and you have the above card.
Edited: I saw this techinque on Diana's blog and figured out how she did it myself but in reading another blog that I follow, this tutorial from PTI was mentioned. It gives you a little more information.
I wanted to try the technique so I took a scrap piece of white paper and dry embosssed it with the Spots folder. I used a Tim Holtz Ultimate Grunge stamp and with VersaMark stamped over the embossed paper. I think I got a little carried away. It would work better with a background stamp or maybe a lighter touch. I heat embossed with gold powder. I liked the scrap so well, I made it the centerpiece of the card. I layered it on gold shiny paper and popped it on the white A2 card base. The sentiment stamp is from TPC Studion (something I picked up on sale at JoAnn's a while ago.) It is also heat embossed with gold, layered and popped. I'm thinking a 50th birthday or wedding anniversary. What do you think?
