CST #59

We finally got the driveways and parking lots cleared of ice and snow and guess what?  It's snowing again.  They've predicted 2 inches for us overnight.  :(  On the bright side, I'll be getting some more crafting done. :)

I knew right away what I wanted to do for the challenge at CASE this Sketch.

I need a birthday card for my granddaughter who will be 15 on Saturday.  She is a ballet dancer and you can see pictures I posted of her in the Nutcracker here

.
The slippers are on my Twinkle Toes cartridge and the sentiment is from Hero Arts.

Yipee!! I won an honorable mention at CASology for this card.  Thanks, Meghan, for picking mine as your favorite.

I have to give a shout out to Tracy at Tracy Mae Designs.  She is on The Alley Way Stamps design team and in celebration of their 3rd birthday, she had a  stamp giveaway.  I won!!! I have been following Tracy since she was Owlbecraftin, and she has done some wonderful cards.  Check her out.  Now to find the perfect card to ink up the stamps for.

Thanks for stopping by.  Have a wonderfully creative day!

It's a red-letter day for you, Bobby! Well, except for the snow part. Well, except that means more crafting so that's good, too!! This is another delightful card, made more special because it is perfect for your granddaughter! Congratulations on the candy from Tracy!! Enjoy! Darnell

What a lot of news! I just caught up on your granddaughter's Nutcracker recital ... wow!! The costumes are amazing (including the skirts you made ... I can't even imagine what 50 yards of black lace looks like!) And so interesting to see her shoes after only 3 performances. Had no idea. I thought I had it bad with my son's football uniform. No comparison. Love the ballerina card you made for her. And congrats on your HM for your bubbly card!

Loved seeing the Nutcracker pictures. The skirts you made for the performance are gorgeous!
