AAA #18

The first week of September is coming to an end.  Where did the week go?  I have a couple of anniversaries and a birthday at the beginning of next week and have been making cards for them.

This card started out for a totally different challenge but I didn't like the direction it was going so I scrubbed it before I finished watercoloring it with Distress Ink.  I kept hearing this voice say "Use me, use me" and when  I saw the challenge at AAA was watercolor techniques I knew it found a home.  I mounted the panel on Blueberry Sky cardstock and added the vellum with a silver embossed sentiment from PTI.  Now that I see this on screen, I wish I'd  glued the vellum down across the entire card.  It looks rather sloppy but it's better IRL.

I'm glad you stopped by.  It's always nice to have visitors, especially when they leave comments.
