When I saw the color challenge at Just Us Girls, I wondered how I would ever make something with those colors. The red and gold, yes, but adding turquoise?
When I finally came up with an idea, it ended up being one of my favorite cards.
I just HAD to have the frame dies from SSS then quickly forgot about them. I ran across them while looking for something else and decided they would be perfect for framing my Penny Black poinsettia. I embossed the flower with gold and watercolored it with Distress Inks.
I'm also going to enter this in the Penny Black November Challenge - Anything Goes. This is a new challenge for me and you don't have to use PB stamps but since I did I'm sending it along.
