Card Concept #35

Some NBUS came to play in my card for The Card Concept

.
I recently got the Wood Pallet Background stamp from Altenew and have been itching to use it.

I used charcoal ink from HA on SSS Smoke cardstock.  The gauze is represented with my NBUS Clustered Leaves die in vellum.  Added to that are pink and yellow cuts from CASual Friday.  The prayers die, also NBUS, is from Winnie and Walter, cut twice and embossed in silver.

Does it look like I've been on a spending spree?  I still have an order out and one I'm waiting to make when Out of Stock items come in.  Then I'll have to hold off for the rest of the summer. (insert hysterical laughter).

Thanks for stopping by.  Your visits and comments make my day.

I not only understand a good spending spree, but we shop for the same items, lol! Great taste we have, my dear! I love how you used the background for your stunning shiny "prayers" and bouquet with the cool vellum leaves! Love it, Bobby!! Enjoy the long weekend! Hugs, Darnell

I like the wood-grain stamping, Bobby. The prayer truly is beautiful silver embossed. I'd love to get a few of the W&W word dies.

This is a beautiful wood stamp and I love it in the grays! Great job on the wispy look with the vellum! I hear ya on the buying. I have a box of NBUS and still have carts going at several places. Seems I always want more, more, more. Ought to be a law. But I'm glad there isn't!

LOVE your interpretation of the photo, Bobby! Your wood background stamp is really beautiful and looks awesome done in grays. Great idea to use the vellum. I am constantly buying on-line or adding to my on-line wish lists. There's always new things coming out that I "have to have". :) xx
