I've been playing in the CAS(E) This Sketch challenge a lot lately. I guess I need the jump start that a good sketch can bring to a idling brain.
Sketch this week:
I must say I was a little intimidated by the wonderful cards that the Design Team made for our inspiration but I finally found something that I thought would work.
I just got the other Friendship Jar images and dies from PTI and love the daisies. They are stamped in Memento London Fog and colored with Inktense Pencils. The background is a SSS stitched circle that has been lightly smooshed with Distress Ink. The sentiment is from PB's Snippets.
I'll be taking off again to go with my sister to the lake and a drive up to northern Michigan. It will only be for a couple of days this time but it still puts me way behind in commenting on your blogs. I have almost 500 emails in my "social" section, which is where all the blogs I follow by email go. I also had 19 blogs to comment on for my DT assignment. (Sorry I haven't gotten Feedly down yet, Joyce. Everything's there but I don't quite know how to use it.) I'm trying to quickly go through the emails but it would take forever to comment on each one and the idea of it is totally overwhelming. Please forgive me if I don't comment on every one of your past blog posts. Things will get much easier this fall when I am home most of the time.
Thanks for visiting me today and keep up the good work.

Thank you, Bobby, for spending a bit of your precious Summer-time with us at CTS! Just lovely, but the way...

Love these daisies, Bobby! Sometimes you just have to erase and start from scratch! At least that's my thought. Have fun with your sister and safe travels!
Bobby....this is just so beautiful. I love your sweet daisy's laying across your card, so pretty.
Oh, I love how you placed the flowers on the side like that! This is so pretty! Wonderful take on the sketch!
So lovely, Bobby ... those gorgeous daisies are fabulous against the sponged circle! Hugs, Anita :)
Bobby, your daisies are absolutely gorgeous; beautifully coloured! The circle is a lovely touch! As for falling behind in commenting: oh, how I know what you mean! Not to worry, though...we do what we can, when we can! Thank you immensely for visiting my blog...your comments mean soooooooo much!
Hugs~c
