Just Us Girls #413 - Wild Card Week

When there are 5 Saturdays in a month, Just Us Girls' last challenge is our Wild Card Week and the host can choose whatever she likes.  Nancy is asking for word die cuts.
I figured if one die cut word was good, more would be better.

I made a sentiment covered PTI Tipped Top panel using a die from Elizabeth Crafts.  Without removing one of the cuts, I inked it up sort of ombre' style with Blueprint Sketch Distress Ink.  I placed it on my panel first and then glued the rest of the cuts around it.  The background is MFT's Houndstooth stamped in the same ink.  A little time consuming but a great masculine card I think.

This should be an easy challenge for you.  We all have word dies and you don't have to go overboard like I did.  I hope we have a ton of entries this week.

Bobby, love how you showcased the blue sentiment among all of the white ones. And the background houndstooth pulls it all together. Thanks so much for having me as the GD this month. It was such an honor and so fun.

Your repeat sentiments are fabulous and I love how you colored just one to match your houndstooth background! Your ombre inking really makes it pop, too! You've inspired me to play along...thanks!

This card looks like it was cas and easy to make but using die cuts - time consuming for sure but WOW! what a result you got here. I agree with others that like the angle. That background is awesome and the blue HB perfect.
