Color Throwdown #531

They have quite the color combination at Color Throwdown this week.
It's not a decorating scheme I would choose although I love the picture on the wall.  The Design Team had some interesting ways to present these colors, a couple of which I thought of, so I had to go a different way.
Except for the PTI sentiment and cardstock, this is an Altenew card.  Their images and inks were used.  The wood pallet background was stamped on gray and then to add more definition to the boards, I ran darker gray ink along a ruler.

Thanks for dropping by and have a great weekend.

I just knew I couldn't work anything decent with these colors, so didn't play. You, however, have created something really quite lovely! Those flowers on your woodgrain look amazing. I'd say you've done marvelously with these colors, even though they are a bit unusual. What a dramatic card. Love it!! Bev

Great job with these colors, Bobby! Love that panel background and the gorgeous flowers! The sentiment on black is perfectly placed on the floral spray!
