Sometimes it takes a while for inspiration to strike and that's the way it was with this week's sketch at Freshly Made Sketches.
I knew the little snow people from Stampendous would work well as my images but didn't know what to do for the stripes until I remembered an ancient stamp from CASual Fridays with an edge of snowflakes that I embossed in White Pearl. The snow people were colored with Altenew artist markers and die cut with a circle from MFT, layered for dimension. You can't see it in the photo, but the brims of their hats and poms were embossed with Wanderlust powder to give some sparkle. I couldn't leave out the one without a hat so I embossed the snow. The sentiment is Penny Black.
