The cut is a rather scary tree from Happy Hauntings. To duplicate the color, I washed white cardstock with Spun Sugar Distress Ink. I did the same with a strip of vellum to give the card a foggy "skirt". I was going to leave off a sentiment, then decided that this one from PTI's Meadow Greens set would work. I should have gone with my first thought about that, too, because now that I look at it on the screen, I'm not sure I like it.
Thanks for stopping by. Life IS beautiful so enjoy!

What a fabulous twiggy tree, Bobby, a brilliant interpretation of the inspiration picture! Thanks so much for your congrats on my TT card! Anita :)
So lovely! :)
Oh right, I can see a tree in that dress! Way to go with your first instinct.
This has got to be the most creative interpretation of that dress out there. But, I really do see the inspiration.
I totally thought of branches, too, Bobby, and love this image for the challenge! I like it with the sediment. I think it would have been too melancholy without it. Well done!!
I think this is gorgeous - I love that you didn't cover too much of the tree!
I love the words "foggy skirt" :) and I love the way you interpreted it too! Thanks for playing RIC!
The tree looks very cool! interesting take on the inspiration :) Thanks for joining us at Runway Inspired Challenge.
