Freshly Made #194

There's so much you can do with this sketch from Freshly Made.  Pretty open to interpretation, right?

I wanted to play with my Ziggies again so I used the sketch as a jumping off point and colored the little tiger from my NBUS Wild Thing from Clearly Besotted.

Stitched Squares from SSS cut the cream and tiger striped paper that are layered on Neenah Desert Storm.  I popped up the tiger on one square and instead of a ribbon, I stamped the "roar" sentiment a number of times across a scrap.  Don't ask me how many times I tried to stamp that little strip to get the words lined up. It's still not perfect but it got to the point of 'use it as it is or give it up entirely.'   In the photo it looks like it's placed on there crooked but it's just the angle. I don't have a decent space to stand my cards up and get good light so I lay them down.  For some reason that gives them a distorted shape.

Thanks for stopping by.  Your visits and comments make my day.

Your little tiger is adorable...and the repeated *roar* is such a special touch! I hear you about sentiment-straightness frustration, but your strip looks aligned from where I'm sitting!
