Inspired by All the Little Things #7, Addicted to CAS #84, and Less Is More #268

Well today didn't go quite like I hoped.  I got a call early this morning from the Living Center and my Dad was being taken to ER.  I arrived at 8 and left after 2 when they admitted him with a high white count which signaled an infection.  We drove home in a snowstorm and after notifying my siblings, I was bushed.  It's now 9 pm and I'm just getting around to posting this card I made yesterday.

I cut the arched panel from PPP and stamped the tulips from PB.  The remaining cs was embossed with a woodgrain folder and popped up over the image.  The flowers are watercolored and the background inked with Altenew inks.  I made this with Inspired by All the Little Things photo in mind
but it is also great for Addicted to CAS whose cue word is 'Delicate'.  Pastel colored tulips make this card look delicate.

I'm cheating a little at Less Is More.  They want to see "What's outside your window" and I probably could have seen the beginnings of these tulips yesterday but they're covered in snow today.

Stay safe if you are in the path of the bad weather heading across the country.

Oh Bobby, I do hope Dad fights off that infection quickly. Your tulips are so sweet - no snow here - for which I am entirely thankful. Stay warm, hugs, and prayers, for your Dad ... xx

So sorry to hear about your dad, Bobby. I hope he is doing better today. He's so lucky to have you there to watch out for him. That's such a long day at the hospital for you too ... espeically with the worrying. Hopefully you were able to get some rest last night.

Love your soft and delicate tulips. What a pretty picture then make through you window. :) xx

Bobby, I'm so sad to read about your day yesterday and I do hope that today is a better one for you. I'll say a prayer that your father's infection clears quickly and that he'll soon be doing much better. xox

Your card is beautiful. The pastel pink on white really does have a delicate look to it. The other day, I noticed daffodils beginning to pop up, but everything is covered with ice today. I prefer the daffodils!!

I'm sorry to hear that your Dad has been taken ill, Bobby. I pray he recovers quickly. Your tulips-in-the-window (or outside the window) card is really sweet. Be careful with the crazy weather! I hope you are all able to celebrate a Happy and Blessed Easter! Hugs, Darnell
