Time Out #65

I've finally had a little time to get some crafting done and it feels good.  My card for this post is for Time Out.  Their theme of  "Love the trees until their leaves fall off, then encourage them to try again next year" brought about this card.

Using my MISTI, I stamped the tree from Stamplorations with several shades of Distress Ink, then cut a panel with MFT's Wonky Stitches.  The sentiment is from PTI.

As I look out my craft room window I see trees beginning to turn.  Nooooo. I'm not ready yet even though I love Autumn with all it's beautiful color.  It also means raking leaves, a chore I'm not fond of.

Thanks for dropping by.  I love it when you do and I hope you leave a comment so I know you were here.

Beautiful card, Bobby. I love how you were able to get so many different fall colors onto your trees, without them all blending together into brown. Thanks so much for playing along at Time Out.

This is lovely Bobby! It reminds me of the trees in the woods at the end of our street!

Gorgeous stamping, Bobby, and beautiful representation of the T.O. phrase! I'll come help you rake those leaves, Bobby! One of the chores I do love!

Stunning...you've captured Fall's splendour with your lovely trees! I'm glad you found time to craft; your creativity obviously needed some time to be heard...and how wonderful you heeded its voice...
