CASology #250

Loud can mean many things.  Generally I think of music, like when cars going by have their bass on loud and the walls shake.  I have nothing along that line to make a card for CASology but I got an inspiration for a card from the sentiments on a Hero Arts set called Yay!  I didn't use that particular stamp but I did find enough to make this.
This is a graduation card for one of our young girls at church.   She just happens to be on the Pom Squad and although they don't use megaphones, or actually cheer for that matter, I thought she'd like this in our school colors.  I actually made the megaphone from a party hat stamp from W&W, watercoloring it with DI.  The size relationship lets you know that those cheers are really LOUD.

Thanks for dropping by.  Have a great weekend.

Cute card, Bobby. Fun idea for the Loud challenge and a great way to stretch your stamp.

Brilliant idea for a graduation card. I'm actually trying to get a couple of graduation cards made today that I need by next weekend. Thanks so much for the inspiration as well as for playing along with us at CASology this week.

Such a fun take on the cue card, Bobby! I love how you played with all the sentiments, and how you watercolored the megaphone in bold red! Really fun card!

Super cute. She will love it....I bet this was really fun to make. Kinda simple, but really effective. Great to use the school colors too. I like how the greetings are placed so they look like they are spilling out of the megaphone as sound would. Very clever!!!
