It's time for a new challenge at Addicted to CAS and our host Anja has chosen apples as her code word.
I just happened to have gotten a new stamp set from Sunny Studio called Fruit Cocktail and it has the most beautiful apple in it.
Don't those look good? I wanted them in a bowl so I came up with an idea to make one: Cut a circle, emboss it with a smaller circle, cut off the top and clip around the edge to the embossed line and fold under. This reminded me of my days of sewing and how to fit a curve. 😉 I colored it with Peacock Feathers Oxide Ink and attached it to my front panel with Scor-tape. I wasn't happy with it sitting in mid-air so I cut a piece of DP for a tablecloth. The sentiment is from CPD.
Check out what the rest of the Design Team and our guest designer Ksenija have made. We hope to inspire you to make an apple card and enter it in our gallery.

Very clever with the bowl Bobby, love it and the card. Could eat those apples.

What inventive way to create a bowl for those wonderful apples, Bobby. Your apples look good enought to eat, and I really like the patterned paper your chose on which to place the bowl. Great take on the code word.
Bobby, these apples are so tempting! I love the colour scheme you created for your card. Thank you so much for inviting me as a GD, I am always happy to come back to ATCAS. - Sweet Kobylkin

Well doesn't that look scrumptious, Bobby ... a bold, bright and wonderfully detailed little table scene! Hugs, Anita :)
