I always look forward to the Twofer Challenge. It makes me think about design and different ways to use my stamps and dies. This month's prompt is
I pulled out my SSS dies and went looking for paper. I found some leftovers of Brusho and alcohol ink backgrounds and they became my balloons.
The cheer card on the left uses the alcohol ink scrap.
I also found the already cloud embossed panel and added a die cut cloud heat embossed with the Stampendous sentiment. You can see the shine better here.
How lucky was it that I actually had three small Brusho pieces in primary colors perfect for a birthday card.
I tied button thread to each and then using a needle punched through the letters on the PTI sentiment. The top two are foam mounted.
This was such a fun challenge and I can't wait to see what next month brings.

Two colorful and FUN cards Bobby, and don't you just love leftover scraps?!! :0)
That cheery card is gorgeous. LOVE that balloon you've put into those clouds. The gold sentiment and string is perfect with that swirly-colored balloon. Great card!! And your birthday card has so much going on with those balloons, yet it remains lovely and CAS. How smart are you to thread the strings beneath your panel?! Why haven't I ever thought of that???!!! Great card again! Thanks so very much for joining us at the Twofer Challenge!! xoxo Bev
Definitely lifts my spirits! Gorgeous Brusho balloons!
What cool balloons Bobby, these are marvelous!
Looks like Serena Dipity came to join you while you were making your twofers this month, Bobby! I love it when that happens! Your balloons from your inky stash are beautiful and I love that you even had a cloud e/f background to use for your encouragement card! Meant to be! Fantastic execution with the ol' needle and thread on your birthday card! Thank you so much for playing in Twofer Card Challenge #14 with lots of enthusiasm! Hugs, Darnell
Great cards, Bobby, and your AI shine is gorgeous!
The shimmery AI balloon is fantastic in that cloudy background, Bobby ... love that you used the cloud die cut for the sentiment! A delicious trio of brusho balloons on your birthday card ... the brusho's make them look all texture-y ... and what great touch with the threaded strings! Thanks so much for playing along with us at Twofer! Hugs, Anita :)
Love your fun balloons, Bobby! A great idea to lift someone's spirits! I need to remember that. Button thread makes a perfect string. I need to remember that too.
Oh the shine on that pick-me-up balloon!! So gorgeous and perfect with the clouds and gold details. Your Brusho birthday balloons are so bright and cheery and I'm in love with how you attached your strings! Thanks for joining the fun with us at the Twofer Card Challenge!
