Twofer Challenge #25

I was honored to win the January challenge at Twofer Card Challenge and that allowed me to be a guest designer for this month's challenge which is:

I did what one usually does when they're not sure about a prompt.  I googled Spring Animals and saw some cute little babies.  One caught my attention.
See that darling Gerda Steiner fox?  Kits are born in the Spring and so I used that stamp for my cards.
I added the GS squirrel and dog to make a birthday card.  All the images are colored with PolyChromos pencils and placed on an MFT panel over some brightly colored DSP.
For this card I made a background using a tree from Altenew, an MFT cloud stencil and Distress Ink.  One fox is in the thoughts and prayers of another as depicted by a thought bubble cut from MFT circles.

I hope you'll join me and the Twofer design team over on the blog for inspiration.  We'd love to see your cards in the gallery but remember the rules:
Thanks for dropping by.  Have fun with the challenge.

What a sweet little menagerie, Bobby ... that little fox is adorable ... as are his cute friends! Wonderfully detailed scene building ... and deliciously texture-y looking colouring on the spring animals ... a fabulous duo! Thanks so much for inspiring our players as our Guest Designer at Twofer! Hugs, Anita :)

I didn't know that about kits being born in the spring and I'd forgotten that baby foxes are called kits. So cute! I have a friend who had a fox lay kits under her she shed and the photos are incredible! I love how you used your baby kit on both your fun and fantastic designs! Thank you so much for being one of our Guest Designers this month!! Hugs, Darnell

These are adorable Bobby! I love the creative 'thinking of you' idea with the thought bubble. Also, the dog in the first card is definitely saying AROOOO! and I know that because my dog does it - and she doesn't need a full moon either!! Vicky x
