Inspired By #170

Look at these beautiful posies that Inspired By has to inspire us.

I know they are roses but I thought my Altenew CAF Tulips would work just as well colored with Distress Inks.
I'm not real happy with my wrapper.  I used PTI's Tipped Top but it might have worked better proportionately to just cut it free hand like I did the triangle. I popped up the tip and added the PTI sentiment on a black strip to look like the cord.  This is one of those cards that would look totally different if I did it over. I'm sure you all have some of those.

I think it's a nice card with those wrapped flowers. But we ourselves are the most critical of our own projects. Hugs Ela

I'm smacking my forehead for not thinking of a black sentiment strip when I was using ink to dye my twine black LOL! Terrific card, Bobby. Thanks for joining us at IB!

LOVE your tulips way more than those roses, Bobby! Gorgeous colors, and a clever decision on that black sentiment strip to bring it home! I'm so happy its home was Inspired By! Thank you for playing!

These tulips are gorgeous, Bobby! Love the depth of color and how you've "tied" it up with the birthday sentiment!

This is so pretty. I have that tulip die set, so I must pin for future reference. Gorgeous!!!

I love it! I had to come over for a closer look! I thought it was an envelope, and I loved the idea of sending a bouquet in the post or at least a hand made card with an image of a bouquet - which is way better IMO!

Beautiful tulips, and your choice of colors is stunning! Love that you mimicked the cord with the sentiment strip
