Just Us Girls #636 - Trend Week

Elizabeth is hosting Trend Week at Just Us Girls and she has a good one.

I have a number of dies that make cards with moving parts that I've used as Christmas gift card holders.  I also have used action wobblers.  For this card I decided to use a technique I saw Jennifer McGuire do that doesn't require any special dies.

I'm not going to try to explain what I did.  If you want to know more about how to make this card, please check out Jennifer's video linked above.  I'll just tell you what I used.  The background die is from Lawn Fawn, the flower from Altenew's Garden Treasure, and the circle dies from SSS and MFT.

When you pull the tab, the circle pops open to reveal the sentiment from Woodware, on smaller circles.  I added a little flower to fill the space.  This is all mounted on an top folding A2 card base.

I hope you will try this technique but more importantly I hope you will make any card with a moving element and add it to our gallery.  The Design Team and our guest designer Lucie G. have other ideas for you too.

Such a pretty card, but adding that pull tab makes it so special. How cool that it opens like that. What a fun challenge. xx

Oh how fun!!! I was wondering what happened when you "pulled". This is so clever, and it's really beautiful. I LOVE it!
