I'm not going to try to explain what I did. If you want to know more about how to make this card, please check out Jennifer's video linked above. I'll just tell you what I used. The background die is from Lawn Fawn, the flower from Altenew's Garden Treasure, and the circle dies from SSS and MFT.
I hope you will try this technique but more importantly I hope you will make any card with a moving element and add it to our gallery. The Design Team and our guest designer Lucie G. have other ideas for you too.
