Tic Tac Toe #173

I went looking for a challenge to inspire a card making session and found the Tic Tac Toe Challenge.

Since I send out so many birthday cards, I went with the middle row across.

The balloon die from SSS was cut from a paper pack from HoneyBee and stacked on two layers of cardboard.   For the sentiment, a die from Elizabeth Crafts was cut from graphite foil from Concord and 9th.  After attaching some twine to the balloon, I glued it to my card front where I stenciled a few clouds from MFT.
