Inkspirational #319 and Group of Seven - Monochromatic

I got the Geo Tiles stencil from Pinkfresh on sale a while back thinking it would make great masculine cards.  I also thought Altenew's Natures Wonders inks would be great colors to use.  Inkspirational is looking for stenciled cards for their challenge.  I didn't use the paste option.

I must admit that I didn't line up the stencil perfectly so the die that comes with it wouldn't work but I like the card without it anyway.  The Penny Black sentiment was cut from cardstock made by inking the darkest color of the set - Mangrove Root.

The Group of Seven Cardmakers is looking for monochromatic cards this month so I'll be sending my card to them too.

Thanks for dropping by.  I hope your week is off to a great start.

You didn't need that die, Bobby - it's very nice without and perfect for a guy using that group of inks!

I see a fabulous card, Bobby, lining up or not! Cutting the panel down is always a great option -- wonderful colors, and masculine.

Kinda funny, I was just heading to basement to use this set! Maybe you'll see it soon!

Great monochromatic colors on this Geo tiles stencil Bobby! what a great look! (maybe die cut it and then stencil on the cut? is that possible?) But it does look great just stenciled on the panel too! thanks for joining us at Inkspirational: Stencils AND the GO7!
