Double D - May Birthstone or Flower

No Lily-of-the-Valley in my arsenal of flower stamps and dies but I made a substitute for the challenge at Double D.  They are honoring May birthdays by asking us to use the flower or birthstone of the month - Emerald.

My Honey Bee Wildflower is more Campanula than Lily but I thought it worked, especially on the emerald green background.  The green is cut with MFT's Elegant Rectangle and embossed with SU's TimeWorn Type.  The background is Altenew's Organic Linen folder and the sentiment is a BetterPress from SB.

So much texture and a beautiful contrast with these white flowers and dark green!

I have those dies too, they're so pretty! And they work in a pinch! Love the deep emerald die cut background and your lovely textures! Thanks so much for playing along with us at The Double D, May Birthstone/Flower Challenge. Donna, DT Member.
