I had the perfect NBUS die for the Color Hues challenge - yellow and green.
It's Concord and 9th's Spring Print Dies. This is actually my second try. The first one I cut in white and inked but I didn't like the look. I didn't want a lot of leftovers so I cut my yellow and green cardstock into pieces just large enough to cover the areas I needed. I also didn't do inlay. I embossed a panel with Tasteful Textiles and then with the die plate so I could see where to place the pieces on top. It smooshed down the first embossing a little but I still like the texture. The sentiment is from a Betterpress.
NBUS means 'never before used stuff' so off this goes to Darnell's gallery.
