I have two cards for today's post so that I get them in to the challenges on time. The first is for CASE Study. I must admit I stared at Shari Carroll's card for some time before inspiration hit.
What do I see? Circles. Butterflies. Newsprint. Aha!!
Using the Extra Large Dot stencil from SSS and Mustard Seed Distress Ink, I created my background. The Memory Box butterfly was inked with Mustard Seed and Ripe Persimmon and overlaid with black. The sentiment is from Winnie & Walter's Big, Bold and Extra, white embossed on black and mounted on foam tape. I even sneaked in a few Scattered Straw butterflies with a PTI stamp on three of the circles.
Now for my CASE This Sketch card.
This is a rather funky sketch and while I thought of using flowers for the circle, I decided on the Scribbles from PTI.
I will be needing a couple of anniversary cards in September so I used my NBUS stamp from PTI. Some bright Hero Arts colors make it cheerful and fun.

Wedding dress alterations? So cool...I can't imagine the attention to detail you need to do that well. Your cards are great. Love the bold butterfly on the first one.
