MUSE #165 and CAS Mix-up

This is my card for Muse  and below is Anita's inspiration.
I used a lighter pink and embossed the Roses for You by SSS and the sentiment from PB in white.  The roses and leaves were colored with a white Prismacolor pencil and then some Inktense pencil added to the leaves only.

I'm also sending this to CAS Mix-up.
I stamped the flowers and sentiment and heat embossed them both.  My choice is not on the list but I'm sure it's included under the 'etc' and that is pencils on colored cardstock.

May 15 is a special day in our family.  It is my triplet grandchildren's birthday and they turned 18 today.  Where did that time go?  It seems like only yesterday they were born.

Kyle, Emily and Abby
The sun was a little bright that day so there's some squinting going on. It's the newest picture I have of them on my phone.  It also would have been my parents 74th wedding anniversary.  And to top it off, it snowed today. That's right.  It snowed. :(

I'm glad you dropped by.  Have a wonderful week.

OH Bobby... of course you know I adore that stamp! You've done such a beautiful job of coloring it! Such a wonderful photo of the triplets, happiest birthday to them, heavenly happy anniversary to your folks - and, yes, it snowed here, too - just for a few minutes, but huge flakes!!!

Beautiful take on Anita's card, Bobby! I love your heart shaped bouquet of flowers, and how you colored them in pastel pink!
Thanks for sharing the photo of your beautiful grandchildren! Sadly that your parents can't be here to enjoy them...but, I'm sure they are smiling down on their lovely family and toasting to their 74 years! Have a great week ahead...Hugs, Barb

Love the softer colors on your Muse card, Bobby! Fabulous photo of the triplets - I'm sure things will be strangely quiet around their house next year if they are all heading out on new adventures. {{hugs}} as you pass another milestone event without your parents.

Your swirly roses, with their delicate pink/white colouring, are lovely; definitely a special card for a special day! How handsome and beautiful your triplet grandchildren are! Even though your parents aren't here to celebrate their 74th Anniversary with you (which is incredibly impressive!), I agree with Barb that they're beaming with pride and sharing love - for all of you and one another - in Heaven. Hope they've met my dad; he doesn't talk much but he is funny!
