Muse #173

I love the ink blending Anita did for the Muse card this week.  Sometimes it works for me and sometimes not.  This time it worked although I have a rather heavy hand and my colors are quite dark.
I used Squeezed Lemonade, Mustard Seed and Fossilized Amber Distress Inks for the background and a combination of Technique Tuesday and Stacy Stamps for the wildflowers.  The sentiment is from PB.

Here's Anita's card.  She achieved a much softer color on the top and I need to practice that.

Thanks for dropping by and I do hope you 'Have a great day!'

Love the warmth on this card, Bobby! So glad you joined us at Muse this week! I also have a heavy hand with blending - my biggest challenge is to get something to fade to white - I can never just leave it alone!

Loving your CASE of my card, Bobby. Blending is a bit hit and miss with me, sometimes it goes perfectly and other times I get that annoying circular swish of the sponge when I'm trying to blend it out. I think your blend looks great here, and lovely stem silhouettes too.
Thanks so much for playing along at Muse this week, Anita x

Love the flowers you used here, Bobby. I have a heavy hand with blending too. It took 4 tries to get the background for my Muse card. I always end up with weird lines and streaks.
