Addicted to CAS #136

The code word for this challenge at Addicted to CAS was chosen by Ceal.
Since I lost my Mom two years ago I haven't made any Mother's Day cards and I don't usually send them to my daughter and daughters-in-law but this year may be the exception.
I started with a die from AliExpress. I stamped and embossed in silver the sentiment from Altenew and popped it up on foam.  The roses are from WPlus9.  I stamped a whole bunch of them one day and keep them in the stamp folder so they are ready at a moment's notice.  I need to do some in other colors too.

The Design Team has some wonderful cards for you to see over on the blog.  We hope it inspires you to enter a card.  The winner will receive a $20 voucher to Happy Little Stampers.

  1. Mother's day can be so hard - wrought with all kinds of emotions. I wish you a peaceful heart with beautiful memories of your mom. This is absolutely, positively oozing with goegeousness and elegance. The mothers in your family are sure to love it.

  2. Another gorgeous card, Bobby! Your oval frame works perfectly with your lovely sentiment and I love how you arranged those beautiful blooms and leaves along the side! I'm sorry you won't be able to celebrate Mother's Day with your mom...I'm sure your daughter and daughters-in-law will feel very blessed to receive this beauty from you! Hugs, Barb xx

  3. Elegant and lovely, Bobby ... the ornate frame is perfect with that rose bouquet! I'm certain your Mom will be looking down on you on Sunday ... with pride and love. Hugs, Anita :)

  4. Such a perfect CAS card, I love the pink flowers against the white backgroud :)

    Take care

  5. WOW! This is gorgeous Bobby. LOVE the pretty frame and your beautiful roses. Very special card. xx

  6. Hi Bobby! Beautiful card, I love the fancy die you used for your sentiment background.
My Mom's been gone 20 years and I still miss her. Hold your tender memories close. Hugs.
