Take the lines from the sketch, add metallic embossing powder and what do you get? A masculine card for CAS(E) This Sketch.
For the bottom three sets of lines, (silver, platinum and copper) I used an old set from PTI. I had trouble getting lines straight before so hadn't used this set in a long time. Now with the MISTI and its ruler, getting lines straight is easy. I know some people use a T ruler but I think mine is warped. Anyway back to the card. The two narrow gold lines are from the Concord and 9th plaid set and were the perfect distance apart to add my die cut PTI sentiment from coppery shimmer paper. I repeated the platinum in the stamped sentiment from Clearly Besotted.
We finally got the cottage opened up, the water turned on and the television hooked up. I still have some cleaning to do but at least we can go up whenever the mood strikes us. On the next visit I will connect the router to the newly installed modem so I can keep in touch with you all.

This is amazing. What a great idea to use all those different metallics. I'm pinning, I want to make something like this for my nephew's June birthday. Thanks for the inspiration!!!
Fabulous masculine card! I don't know how I survived without my Misti (although I do remember my recycling bin being more full than it typically is now!). Your lines looks perfect.
I would imagine that your weather is similar to ours and quite summer-like. Enjoy the time at the cottage!
Cool, crisp and handsome, Bobby ... the metallics are delicious! How lovely to have the cottage up and running ... I guess there's inspiration (and calm!) galore at the lake! Hugs, Anita :)
