Stephanie has chosen this as our code word for Addicted to CAS.
It is very appropriate for those of us who live in areas where the foliage is changing and we have a great palette of colors to chose from. Even if you don't live in such an area, the Design Team can inspire you to make a foliage card in any color. Before you check them out, here's my card.
I saw Laurie Schmidlin make faux gilded leaves and wanted to try it for myself. Using a Hero Arts set, I stamped the leaves in VersaMark and added little bits of platinum, copper and gold embossing powder to each leaf before heating. I then stamped the veins in Onxy Black and clear embossed them. Here's a close-up.
I hope I see your foliage card in our gallery.
