I got a top pick with my card for the last Inkspirational challenge and as I try to always do, I'm back with a card for the current challenge - Seasonal.

Tic Tac Toe #242 and a Prayer card
Hey there crafty friends. I'm so glad you dropped by.
Whether we like it or not, we have a need for sympathy cards and since my supply was getting low I decided to use the challenge at Tic Tac Toe to make a couple for my stash.

Just Us Girls #705 - Word Week
Carol Mayne is our host at Just Us Girls and she chose this for Word Week.
I have a stamp from Jillian Vance that I wanted to use so I went searching for just the right stamp or die to go with it. This is the results.

Freshly Made Sketches #607 and The Card Concept 200
While making a card for another challenge I thought the sentiment would be great as a focal point on the sketch at Freshly Made Sketches.

Color Throwdown #734
I have another masculine card for my stash using the colors from the Color Throwdown challenge.
The leaves are from PTI with the bottom layer cut from what I believe is a sprayed panel that was in my Bits box and the outline cut from GinaK ivory. PTI Dark Chocolate was used for the background leaving room for an ivory border. Some cards look better without a sentiment IMO.
Thanks for dropping by.

Color Throwdown #717
Just a quick post before I head off to celebrate my great grandson's first birthday. This card is for Color Throwdown.
I found a sheet from a Honey Bee pack that had the challenge colors on it. I added some vellum leaves from various companies and then used the leftover scrap for the die cut sentiment from Altenew.
Thanks for dropping by. Have a great weekend.

Time Out #225
For a short time I kept a gratitude journal. It really makes you appreciate the little things. One of the things I'm thankful for is the crafting community I have found. I've made great friends, both in real life and virtually. Today I've made a thankful card for Time Out.
I started with Mica Sprays to make a panel to cut my Tim Holtz leaves. Then I brought out my neglected Oxide inks to make a blended background on Fine Linen cardstock from PTI with Frayed Burlap, Ground Expresso and Walnut Stain, adding a few splatters. I tried the word die in dark brown but didn't like it so I topped it with a rust colored cardstock.
ETA: I just saw the challenge at Tic Tac Toe and will be sending my card to them too. I used the first column down.
I'm thankful that you dropped by.

Inspired By #148
The photo inspiration at Inspired By really drew me in.
I'm looking for some architectural windows like that for my bedroom. In lieu of that, I recreated one from paper.
I bought the chicken wire die from Kat Scrappiness quite a while ago and thought it was perfect to put in between layers of the WF dome die. I cut two of the leafy branches and added some metallic paint to the edges of the leaves and on the branches to give it some pizazz although it doesn't show in the photo. The CP word die is triple layered in Canyon Clay cs.
I'm thankful you took time to drop by.

CAS(E) This Sketch #395
CAS(E) This Sketch gave me the opportunity to add two more cards to my Thanksgiving stash.
I say two because that piece of plaid paper, stamped with C9 gingham, was cut in half to use on identical cards. The wreath is from SSS, the smooshed leaves from LF and the heat embossed sentiment from PTI.Thursday, March 26, 2020
Inkspirational #209
Isn't that wallpaper wonderful? That being said I took my inspiration from the pillow in the chair and the vase of leaves.
I have quite the mix of companies that helped with this design. The stencil for the background is W&W, the leaves are a combo of The Greetery and MFT, cut from green and inked with Distress Inks. The vase is a scrap of white covered with Glossy Accents and the heat embossed sentiment is from Altenew. Both the vase and sentiment are popped up on foam.
Peace, prayers and blessings to all of you as our country faces this difficult situation. I pray that you are all safe, healthy and following the rules to slow down the spread of the virus.
