CAS(E) This Sketch #293

My internet was out this morning and I was so afraid I wouldn't be able to post my card for CAS(E) This Sketch.  Isn't it crazy how much we rely on the internet?  Half a day down and we don't know what to do with ourselves.  I should have posted it right after I made it.  Here it is now.

I just love this little owl from Gerda Steiner.  Who am I kidding?  I love any owl. 😉  This one is colored with PolyChromos.  The background is covered with a variety of Distress Inks, the moon is a leftover circle and the cloud is hand cut from vellum - all based on this sketch.
Thanks for dropping by.  Owl see you later.  😀

Another adorable card using a Gerda Steiner image. Your owl is awesome coloured with pencil. And I love how he pops off the deep blue background. Great design Bobby! I'm just catching up after being woefully behind on visiting :) xx
