After Marcia departed our crafty adventure, I stayed overnight and Michele and I made more cards or parts of cards the next morning. Today we're showing them off.
First up is Festive Friends from Spellbinders. This darling bear has had my heart for a while and I couldn't wait to dress her up.
Her cute sweater is from one of Michele's paper packs, the background is embossed with Waffle Flower's Dashed Snowflake, and the gold sentiment (that matches the gold string on the lights) is from Michele's stash.
One of Michele's new sets is Cherry Nice from Concord and 9th - a stamp, die and embossing folder bundle.
The cherries were cut from red and green scraps, inking sections to add shading. The embossed panel was trimmed to show off the plaid border.
Up next is Snow Notes from Spellbinders. You may have seen some of the
wonderful cards Michele made with this set.
The background is a coverplate from Concord and 9th and the sentiment is from Ellen Hutson. They look like they're really enjoying themselves.
Last but not least is a delightful image from Penny Black called Heartsong.
It was stamped on watercolor paper and colored with Distress Ink. Their Classy Frames were stacked three high and the sentiment from the set added to the side.
It's not surprising what cards you can accomplish when you have friends to inspire you - and lend you their products. Thanks again, Michele, for having me. You are such a blessing in my life.

I loved creating our little Polar Bear cards together, Bobby - she's so cute with her little pink cheeks which is how one can tell yours is the girl, right? That plaid was a brilliant choice for your bright red cherries - I really need to cut those teensy ones in the set soon. Your snowdude duo has hit that high note perfectly in tune, my friend and the background panel of debossed snowflakes harmonizes beautifully, too! You have saved the 'pretty' for last and made him a Bluebird - even more special considering our little birding adventure with Blondie! LOve the colors and how you've perched him in that gorgeous frame! I'd say we made real good use of that short day together, my friend... and btw you are a blessing to me, too! xo

These are all fabulous Bobby! That bear is so dang CUTE in his Christmas sweater and your cherry card with the plaid is just too sweet! And of course the caroling snow dudes always make me smile and I'm loving that snowflake background (now why didn't I cut a few of those?!!)! Your last card with the bluebird is GORGEOUS...you do birds so beautifully!! You sure made good use of your extra morning with Michele...I'm loving all 4 cards! (I have a small post going live tomorrow with your cardinal and the cherry set...I absolutely LOVE that cardinal!!) Hugs. :0)
These are all so delightful, Bobby! I adore that polar bear wrapped in lights. So, so cute with the snowflake background. The colors in the plaid are perfect for those oversized cherries, and the embossed cherry background is an extra special touch. Your singing snowmen certainly do look like they're enjoying themselves in song, and finally the beautifully colored bird is exquisite. Wow! You both got a lot accomplished during your visit. What fun it's been seeing all of your amazing cards.
You and Michele have inspired me to get out that sweet bear that I bought quite awhile ago. I love her in pink with the colored lights! The cherries are beautifully colored and I love that they have a matching embossing folder to hang on! These snowmen are such fun and your background works perfectly! The blue bird is so beautifully colored and framed! What a wonderful collection of shared products and wonderful memories as well.
Such wonderful cards, I can only imagine the fun you had creating together. It's so satisfying, isn't it? I was just thinking that I don't do a lot of stamping any more. There's so many wonderful die sets out there, I'm leaning toward that now. All your cards are amazing, you NEVER disappoint, my friend!!!
How wonderful that you had two days of crafting and fun! Marvelous makes today, Bobby. That bear sure is a cutie and I'm completely smitten with those big cherries! You had the perfect plaid to pair with them. The singing snowmen are always good for a smile and your pretty little bluebird is just fabulous!
