Just Us Girls #824 - Mood Board Week

Carol Mc is the host at Just Us Girls this week and this is the Mood Board she has to inspire you.

You can take the shapes, colors, items, whatever draws you in to make your card.  I was inspired by the colors and the white framed geometric pictures on the wall.

I started by stenciling PFS's Garden Trellis with CP inks in Tiki Torch, Party Dress, and Something Borrowed. Lisa Horton's gold was used for the center squares before adding the white die cut on top. I needed a simple sentiment and found this one in a set by SSS and CZ Designs called Good Greetings.

Need more inspiration?  Check out the Design Team and our guest Kerry to see how they used the mood board for their cards.

Have I even seen this set before? Bobby, it's absolutely gorgeous - especially with that detailed overlay! What would happen if you filled each section with clear embossing powder? Who knew you were also a stained-glass artist?

Lots of work on your fun geometric card. Great job. Yes, the simple sentiment is perfect with it.

Bobby, I see stained glass or mosaic work here and it is beautiful in our colors! Very creative and eye-catching!

Wow, bold and beautiful! I love your graphic take, but also the bold colors that you chose to keep. Nice!
