Color Hues #60 and The Card Concept #191

I am a thief.  I admit it.  I stole the idea for my Color Hues card from the photo image at The Card Concept where I will send my CAS card.  My friend Marcia is hosting Color Hues and wants us to use blue and turquoise on our cards.  This was serendipity at its best.

The Mondo Gerbera Daisy from EbyE was white heat embossed on Bristol and colored with Zigs.  The Altenew butterfly was clear heat embossed over blue and the Zig was used to color it as well as the sentiment strip.  I struggled with the sentiment because I couldn't decide where to place it.  I'm still not sure that I shouldn't have just left it off.

Kraft Chicks Challenge #504

It's the fourth week of April and time for the All Occasions theme at Krafty Chicks Challenge.  My granddaughter's 10th Wedding Anniversary is coming up in June so I made a card for them.
Her colors were pink, black and white and all the girls carried pink Gerbera daisies.  I stamped the mondo Gerbera from EbyE and painted it with Altenew watercolors.  The bottom was cut with a die and placed over polka dot paper from Altenew.  I curved the sentiment from The Greetery and added splatters as a final touch.

What occasion will you pick?  Why not check out the Design Team for some inspiration.

AAA Cards #134

Today's card is for the AAA Cards challenge to use one corner of your card.  There's an optional twist of music and for once I didn't take the option.
I stamped the EBE Gerbera Daisy in a light color and colored it with my PolyChromos pencils to give it a no-line look.  I added the Altenew sentiment and a few dew drops.

I was sick over the weekend and in just those couple of days I'm way behind in commenting.  I'm off to do that now.  Have a great day and thanks for dropping by.
