I love gingerbread cookies and none are lovelier than those in the jar on the Inspired by All the Little Things challenge.
I took me a while to transfer the idea in my head to paper but I finally succeeded.
The snow globe is from Your Next Stamp, stamped in SSS Fog. I used white heat embossing, Altenew Sand Dunes, Zig light gray, glitter glue and glitter to finish it off. I chose the background paper to simulate the striped ribbon and added the layered die cut from SSS. I also layered the globe with all my rejects.
I'm typing this on my new Chromebook to see how it's going to work out and I'm so excited that I can now go away and still be able to keep up with all of you and my design team work. No plans yet but I like to be prepared. As my husband just said "This has to be the best Christmas present ever." My kids are good to me.
Thanks for taking time to drop by.

Time Out #51, NBUS #6, and HLS CAS(E)
When I saw the card that Kim Heggins made for Happy Little Stampers CAS(E) The Designer challenge,
I knew that my newly ordered PTI Comic Coverplate would come in handy. I had been waiting for it to make a card with my Penny Black Chick to Chick stamp set.
The card is watercolored with Distress Inks, including the two plain panels, with a sentiment from PTI. A little Spectrum Noir Glitter pen was added to the eggs.
I'm sending this to the delightful Darnell's 6th NBUS party because the die and the two little stamps are NBUS and since Time Out is having a Spring/Easter challenge, it's going there, too.
And now (as Michele would say) how about a second helping?
I stamped this card first but got a smudge in the middle so I used it as a prototype for the other card. This one is colored with Zigs and DP is used in the two plain areas, one covering up the offending smudge. Because the colors were a little brighter and cartoonish, I used a black frame. I like the first one better but I wanted to show this one anyway.
Thanks for dropping by. Have a great weekend.

Casology # 183 and TIME OUT #49
I counted up my valentines yesterday and I don't have nearly enough so I have a couple today that fit two different challenges. CASology has Glitter for it's word cue and I made this.
It's a PB set stamped in HA India Black and colored with Distress Inks. No glitter you say? Just you look.
One of the extras that Catherine Pooler put in her #Stamp of Approval box was a wonderful Spectrum Noir clear sparkle pen. Watch out WOS. This one really glitters.
I could not put that pen down so I tried it on colored cs for my entry into the TIME OUT challenge - "Love is a flower you've go to let grow". You can use all or any part of that sentence and I think I have the stamp that covers it all.
Doesn't that look just like love flowers growing? I used this stamp before in black with red Stickles. Here I white embossed the 'plant' and filled in the hearts with the SN Clear Sparkle pen. You can get a little glimpse of it in this close-up. It looks like red glitter IRL.
Now that I have these posted, I'm off to a Super Bowl party dressed in orange and blue.
