Twofer Card Challenge #7

It's time for another fun challenge at Twofer Cards.  I can't believe it's number 7 already.  I wait every month to see what the next theme will be.  This month it's "beverage".  I have a couple of tea cup stamps but just to be different I went with a bottle stamp from Altenew.
For the first card I stamped the solid image several times using my MISTI and Altenew Turquoise ink, inking only the sides on subsequent stampings.
The flowers are layered stamps from Altenew and the sentiment is from Dare2B Artsy.  (Yay! for Evernote.  I couldn't remember where it was from so I checked with them.)

For the second card, I used the outline of the bottle.  I hope that's cricket. 😓
They are stamped in VersaFine Smokey Gray and colored with Zigs.  The sentiment for this birthday card is from CPD.  It's funny how some Zig colors blend a lot better than others.

Thanks for dropping by.  If you haven't already, I hope you check out this challenge.

CAS(E) This Sketch #266 and Inspired By All the Little Things #83

My card today was made for CAS(E) This Sketch but it also fits into the Inspired By All the Little Things challenge.
I started by stamping and masking the bottles from W&W on Bristol.  I masked off the top of the card to ink the bottom in Hickory Smoke and went over it again through a SSS stencil.  The bottles were colored with Zigs and the branches stamped and Perfect Pearls dotted on.  Not exactly a Springtime look but I like it.

Thanks for dropping by.  I hope your weekend went well and that you have a wonderful week ahead.

Inkspirational #149

Inkspirational has a photo image to inspire us for this challenge.
One "out of the box" card under my belt and now I'm back to my old literal interpretations.
I stamped the bottles from Altenew in Delicata gold and then watercolored them with the same gold and Seedless Preserves Distress Ink.  Some gold spatters and die cut sentiment from MFT and the card is done.  I decided this would make a nice anniversary card.

Thanks for dropping by.  I'm up to my ears in gift card holders for my grandchildren.  I'll post them when I'm done.

Addicted to CAS # 113

It's time for another challenge at Addicted to CAS and Anja has chosen this as the code word:

The first thing I thought of was the clinking of glasses and the saying of the word.  I don't have any glass stamps so I used the next best thing.

The bottles are from Altenew colored with Zigs.  I thought I need a little pizzaz so I did the MFT sentiment from some plaid paper and glued it onto black fun foam.   Oh, and I coated the bottles with Glossy Accents.  Too bad that doesn't show up in the photo.

Where will the word take you?  Hopefully to a card you post to the Addicted to CAS gallery. You could win a $10 gift card from Stamplorations.  First why not check out what the Design Team and guest designer Jill V. have made and remember the cards must be clean and simple.

Cheers,

Addicted to Stamps and More #241

One of our most popular challenges at Addicted to Stamps and More is -
you guessed it!

I figured it was a good time to use my NBUS Feel Better stamps and dies from MFT.

The bottles were stamped on Bristol and colored with Zigs. While the GA on the heart dried, I stenciled the background, stamped the sentiment and added a shelf.  It seems there's a lot of crud going around so I may need this sooner than I think.

I know you don't need much encouragement to add your cards to an 'anything goes' gallery but why not check out what the Design Team has made.  It may inspire you in a different way.
