CAS(E) This Sketch #401

I have a departure from Christmas cards for my entry at CAS(E) This Sketch this week.

I stamped the cats from Penny Black and colored them with PolyChromos pencils and Gamsol.  I trimmed down the panel and put it on a yellow card base.  I have a number of youngsters with birthdays at the beginning of the year so this will do me nicely.

Thanks for dropping by.

Addicted to Stamps and More #267

It's the Make Your Mark challenge at Addicted to Stamps and More which means you need to use pencils, markers, paint brushes, anything that makes a mark, not just stamping.

I used Inktense pencils on a stamp from PB that Michele let me borrow when she was here.  I added Glossy Accents to the bulbs and a sentiment from CF, then placed the panel on some DSP.

What do you use to make a mark?  We'd love to see your creation in our gallery.  For more inspiration, check out what the Design Team has created.  They'll give you some great ideas.
