Jingle Belles - Old and New

Stef and Lauren want us to use something old and something new on our cards for Jingle Belles.  Anything to keep my Christmas stash growing.

The holly stamp is an old one from Ellen Hutson (oob) that I watercolored with Distress Inks in Pine Needles, Barn Door and Scorched Timber. I gave the panel a little splatter using Altenew Spray with a paint brush and added a layered WF frame from SB Treasure Black Metallic. Sorry you can't see the shine in the photo. My 'new' is the sentiment die from TH Holiday Collection, cut in SB Ruby Matte Metallic.

Thanks for dropping by and spending a little of your day with me.  If you are in the throes of the storm, please stay safe and warm.

Peace on Earth #100

Congratulations to Diane and Darlene on their 100th challenge at Peace on Earth.  I had to make a card after seeing the cute gingerbread mood board.

Here's the recipe - for the card, not gingerbread men.  😁   The men are from Spellbinder's Stocking of Joy with white foil decorations.  The Sunny Studio bowl is red foil from the SB Treasured Cardstock pack.  The background embossing is Altenew and the sentiment is from Essentials by Ellen (oob) - a fun one from her ginger house set.  I just had to turn those eyes to look like the outer guys are planning something special for the one in the middle. What mischief are they up to?

Thanks for dropping by and spending a little bit of your day with me.
