Hey there! I'm so glad you took the time to drop by.
Easter is early this year so I thought I'd better start on some cards. I don't send Easter cards to my grands and greats but I do send them to the homebound people from my Michigan church. It's a way to keep them connected to the church when they can't be there in person. Freshly Made Sketches inspired this card.
It all started with Altenew's Stargazer Lily, one I had already stamped. I embossed half of the card panel with Tasteful Textiles and inked the other half with Pastel Sunrise. The sentiment from Jillian Vance was stamped in the same color as the spots on the lily. I plan to use this sketch for a few other Easter cards using a butterfly as the main image.
What about you? Do you make Easter cards?

This is such a beautiful Easter card! That Lily is so pretty. Love the colours! So sweet of you to send Easter cards to those who can't make it out to church. What a great blessing it must be for them to receive these cards! Thanks for joining us this week at Freshly Made Sketches!
