I knew right away what I would do with the theme at Christmas Kickstart.
Thanks for dropping by and spending a bit of your day with me.

I had a little fun with my card for Christmas Kickstart. The "Out of the Woods" prompt sent me looking for forest patterned paper. I was going to use a different bear but settled on Spellbinders Festive Friends. That features a Polar Bear but I did something different with him.
I had several ways to go with a card for Christmas Kickstart - Sing-a-Long, a fun theme picked by my friend and teammate Carol Mayne. I decided on The Snow Notes from Spellbinders.
Here's this month's challenge at Christmas Kickstart.
Sometime during a sale I got a couple of items from Sunny Studio and one was their Perfect Gift Boxes. They're really meant for birthdays but I thought they'd be cute as Christmas gifts and made this card.
Thanks for dropping by and spending a little of your busy day with me.
'Just Add Antlers' is the theme over at Christmas Kickstart and I had just the right dies to make a card.
Featuring Simon Hurley's Floral Stag! He was cut from C9 Acorn and Desert Storm scraps and is hanging from Altenew's Ornate Nesting die cut from a scrap of wood look paper. The background floral is from Honey Bee, the greens from TH and the sentiment from PFS.
Thanks for dropping by.
My friend Loll is the guest elf on Christmas Kickstart and since she's the one who got me into using the large JOY die to make Christmas cards, I made one for the challenge to honor her.
Thanks for dropping by.
The other day I did Tim's Funky Floral Wreath. Today it's his Festive Wreath for Christmas Kickstart and Krafty Chicks - Christmas.
I said yesterday that I had another card for Freshly Made Sketches. I made this card for Christmas Kickstart's Merry-go-Round challenge before seeing the sketch and it was a good fit.
Christmas Kickstart is a good way to get going on your Christmas cards. Jo and her elf-of-the month inspire you with some makes of their own using this month's theme - Christmas Critters.
This month's challenge at Christmas Kickstart is "Winter Warmers", as picked by Jo's elf, Becca. There are lots of ways to go with this theme and this is what I chose to do.
Those cute little owls from MFT are wearing their winter warmers. They are stamped on Bristol and colored with Zigs. To add to the knitted warm weather wear theme, I stenciled the knit background with a PTI stencil in Salvaged Patina, then surrounded it with a frame from Waffle Flower. A sentiment from the same set was stamped on the snow bank.
Why make one card when you can make two?
On this one the owls are gray and their scarf and hat are in navy and dark red. The background is patterned paper stamped with another sentiment from the set.
Thanks for dropping by.
I'm back with another card to inspire you to join us for this month's Christmas Kickstart - Positively Poinsettias.
We're asking you to use your poinsettias to make cards for this challenge. This card is an entirely different style from my first one.
Jo asked me to be her elf at Christmas Kickstart for April. I can't tell you how excited I was to get that invitation. I also got to pick the theme for this month's challenge and this is it.
I don't know about you but I have a number of poinsettia stamps and dies so I thought it would be good to let you use yours to get a kickstart on your Christmas cards. Here's mine.
What does Christmas Kickstart mean when they say "Not the Norm?" It means they want cards that don't use the traditional red, green and gold. I had just the thing.
