Peace on Earth #38 and Christmas Kickstart #73

It's great when two different challenges have the same theme.  That is true of Peace on Earth and Christmas Kickstart who both feature gnomes.  I ended up making two cards so I'll send one to each.

The gnome, tree and lantern are from a set by Sugar Pea Designs and are colored with Altenew artist markers.  The background is DSP from Honey Bee and a circle cut with SSS Stitched Circles and Stitched Slopes.  The sentiment is from GinaK.

On this one the background was embossed with a NBUS folder from Spellbinders and the circle was colored with Distress Oxide.

I'm so glad you dropped by.

Christmas Kickstart #28

When I saw all the fun images that friends were posting on Christmas Kickstart, I had to jump on the bandwagon.  Their theme is "red" and I had just the images to use.
Speaking of bandwagons, I jumped on the gnome one and bought these cuties from Sugar Pea Designs.  I colored them with Altenew watercolors and placed them on a dark green Concord and 9th plaid background.

Thanks for dropping by.  I hope you're having a good weekend.

CAS(E) This Sketch #346

It's a gnome kind of Christmas so I'm breaking out my NBUS set from RC for my card for CAS(E) This Sketch.

I used the rest of the C9 plaid piece from this card and a die cut from PTI to frame my gnomes.  The sentiment was cut from MFT letters.

Thanks for dropping by.  Have a wonderful week.

Freshly Made Sketches #403

I'm squeaking in at the last minute for the challenge at Freshly Made Sketches.  I had an idea in mind and took my coloring with me to the lake last weekend but with all the trim painting I never had a chance to do any.  I finished it up last night and here it is.
I used my NBUS RC Halloween gnomes, colored with PolyChromos pencils.  I added a little gel pen to the stars and moons.  The navy and purple don't show up true with my camera but this isn't a bad representation.

Thanks for dropping by.  I hope your week is off to a good start.
